Tudor Belle

Echoing the lavish extravagance of the Tudor period, this masque wears a distinctively elaborate and heavily rhinestone and pearl beaded triple crown featuring a stunning piece of deconstructed vintage jewellery. Set upon a structured elongated skullcap of embossed silver foliage its layers comprised of a reconstructed diamanté tiara behind which sits a pearl bead and rhinestone encrusted wire loop structure of silver net. In front of a flourish of white ostrich feathers is the crown’s third layer which is a double set of silver antlers from which hang crystals and Swarovski elements. ‘Tudor Belle’ is surrounded by a wired ruff of beautiful vintage lace which has been decorated with individually placed leaves reflecting those of her headpiece. Two rows of glass and pearl beads provide a delicate finishing touch to this unashamedly elaborate masque.
